Karen Lowney is the Head of the Office of Ethics & Compliance for Taro and Sun Pharma North America. She is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining an effective compliance program and fostering an ethical, values-based culture. Karen previously held compliance and privacy leadership positions within the life sciences industry at Astellas, Cephalon and Schering Plough. She began her career as an Internal Auditor and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Missouri St. Louis.
