Melissa has been a transparency reporting director at Abbott since she joined the company in 2009, resulting in deep experience in all aspects of the field. Before Abbott, she worked as an engineer and then was an attorney focused primarily on life sciences compliance. She particularly enjoys developing technology strategy for white space, and her current project of interest is working on a global master data project that expands beyond the transparency realm. Melissa lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and their two Papillons.
