Poonam Maharjan is Director, Ethics & Compliance Operations at Lantheus and a seasoned healthcare compliance professional with more than 20 years of experience in compliance, auditing, investigations, and risk management. She has led global compliance monitoring, auditing, third-party due diligence, and transparency-related initiatives within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Lantheus, Poonam served as Associate Director in Vertex Pharmaceuticals’ Office of Business Integrity & Ethics and spent 14 years with Ernst & Young’s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice, supporting multinational compliance and FCPA matters. Poonam is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
