With 16 years’ experience in the Financial Industry, I found my passion within customer experience and have been leading on HSBC UK’s financial inclusion and vulnerability strategy for over five years.

Our strategy covers access to specialist support, training, effective communications, fair and accessible access to products and services as well as overlaying effective governance throughout.

My drive is to ensure that no one is left behind, irrespective of their circumstances and that everyone has fair access to banking.

When life brings difficult times, I want to ensure the bank finds ways to make things easier in a way that works for everyone.
