Alice is a Senior Associate at Hall Brown Family Law, and has experience in a broad range of complex family law disputes. Her work includes dealing with high value financial settlements, often with assets in various jurisdictions, trust disputes or involving an international element. She also has solid experience of cohabitation disputes, variation proceedings and high-value Schedule 1 proceedings. Alice has significant expertise in drafting both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and advising clients in respect of the same, often dealing with high-value, complex, urgent and jurisdictional issues which arise.

Alice adopts a firm but non-confrontational approach to her cases. She provides advice with a pragmatic, calming and sensitive manner which immediately puts clients at ease. Alice works closely alongside a range of professionals to ensure a collaborative and strategic approach is being deployed for her clients at all times. She has strong relationships with other lawyers (both in this jurisdiction and internationally), accountants, tax specialists, private client advisers and those who provide therapeutic support. She also contributes regularly to leading legal and business publications, where she shares insights on family law developments.
