George’s practice concentrates on Chancery cases; many of which concern disputes between family members, former couples, directors, shareholders and business partners, trustees and beneficiaries, neighbouring landowners, and landlords and tenants. The disputes George deals with often span property, trusts and inheritance, sometimes with company, agricultural and partnership issues. In recent years, he has appeared in a number of the leading cases in this area (see below). These cases often involve allegations of serious wrongdoing and/or fraud, such as forgery, undue influence, coercion, and sham documents.
