Hannah is a New Zealand-qualified Associate in the Dispute Resolution department.

Hannah advises clients on a wide range of contentious trust and probate disputes, typically involving high-value assets held within complex structures, both domestically and offshore. She has experience acting for trustees, executors, and beneficiaries, and has particular expertise in disputes that involve both trust and family law.

Hannah was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 2020. Before relocating to the United Kingdom, she practised at a leading national law firm. In New Zealand, she appeared as both junior and sole counsel in a range of matrimonial and estate disputes. Hannah also represented clients in numerous mediations. Her background as an advocate brings a valuable perspective to her work as a solicitor.

Hannah has an LLB (Hons) with First Class Honours from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
