Former BBC News anchor, Joanna is a full-time Senior Associate Mediator at Irwin Mitchell law firm. Joanna left her news career after 30 years to pursue her deep interest in supporting people through conflict. As a journalist, Joanna spent over 3 decades covering the biggest stories of our time, through wars, general elections, 9/11 and Brexit, to the death of the Queen. Working out of the Family team at Irwin Mitchell, Joanna mediates couples through divorce and separation alongside a broader practice area of succession planning, estate disputes and relationship breakdowns in the public and private sectors
