Katie is a Partner of Mourant Ozannes (Jersey) LLP and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Katie has extensive advocacy and litigation experience, gained both from previous practice as a barrister in England and Wales and latterly as a Jersey practitioner. She has experience in a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including contentious trusts and private client, insolvency, banking disputes, funds disputes and professional negligence. Katie now has a particular focus on contentious trusts and private client work, as well as insolvency and restructuring work. As well as dealing with hostile litigation, Katie frequently advises trustees and beneficiaries on various issues which can arise in the administration of trusts.
