Bas Coenen is the Head of Fund Solutions Europe at CSC and has been with the company for over 15 years. In this role, he is responsible for aligning CSC’s fund services offering with the evolving needs of its clients, with a particular focus on fund managers and investment structures.

Bas brings extensive experience across fund administration, AIFMD management companies, AIFMD depositary services, and the establishment and management of special purpose vehicles (SPVs). His strong background in capital markets, corporate finance, and treasury further enhances his ability to deliver comprehensive solutions.
