Heinz Volquarts is a Managing Director at State Street Investment Management and Head of Americas International (Canada, Latam and Offshore). Heinz focuses on the distribution of State Street Investment Management’s solutions to institutional investors throughout Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Canada and the Offshore market including pension funds, mutual fund companies, insurance, and private wealth managers.

Prior to joining State Street Investment Management, Heinz was Head of Business Development for Vanguard in Mexico, responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships. During his tenure at Vanguard, Heinz was the business lead in launching the Canadian ETF business. Furthermore, he was the Head of Product Development, Operations and Risk for Vanguard's Irish Domiciled UCITS Funds in addition to overseeing the launch of Vanguard UK domiciled OEICS Funds.

Heinz is a native of Mexico and holds a BS in Finance from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional in Mexico City and an MBA in Finance from the School of Business and Economics of the Universidad Anahuac. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 certifications as well as CIMA certification (Certified Investment Management Analyst).
