James is the head of the GSAM Product Research team, currently covering public products but with history working on private semi-liquid and ELTIFs. He joined GSAM in January 2015, initially working for the Liquidity Product team, focussing on Money Market Funds plus European fund regulation.

James was a Board member of the Institutional Money Market Fund Association, and holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Exeter, with a focus on European Union, Commercial and Contract law.
