Head of Sales for International Solutions, North America at Apex Fund Services

In his role in North America, Marc is leading the business development efforts for International Solutions, focusing on helping clients with our corporate, ESG, financial and fund solutions globally.

At Apex Group we provide a tailored and personalized solution that is individual to each client’s wishes, while remaining compliant to the needs of their stakeholders, regulators and the investment itself. This e.g. includes:

• Administration, bank account opening in Europe, and providing local resident directors
• AIFMD/Mifid related services incl. 3rd party ManCo/AIFM, Depositary, Fund & Loan Administration and Fund Distribution Solutions
• ESG & Sustainability services, including both advisory and reporting services for LP’s, GP’s and Corporates
• Islamic feeder & finance structures to accommodate investors wishing to comply with Sharia’h principles.

Marc coordinates the implementation and assures the timely set-up of their global fund and investment structures, by coordinating internationally with his clients’ internal stakeholders, his colleagues globally and all third parties involved (e.g. accountants, bankers, legal & tax lawyers).

Clients give Marc the opportunity to assist them to become more efficient in their day-to-day operations managing their Global funds and legal entities, and to help them remain compliant and lower their annual maintenance costs. Marc’s clients like to work together with him, knowing he gives them the attention they desire, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident they will meet their goals.

Since 2015 Marc has been based in NYC, previously he worked in Luxembourg and The Netherlands.
