Sarah-Jane is a senior associate at aosphere LLP. She has been working on the Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions and Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions - Asset Management products since September 2016.

Prior to joining aosphere, Sarah-Jane was an Executive Director in Legal at Goldman Sachs (6 years). Her prime responsibility was supporting the expansion of the securities division funds' business which included managed accounts in Cayman and Ireland (AIFs) and Luxembourg UCITS and SIF funds. She advised on the structuring of funds, preparation and negotiation of documentation and compliance with a range of new and existing regulations.

Sarah-Jane has also worked as a Managing Associate at Linklaters (10 years) acting as a key advisor to leading asset managers on the structuring, setting up and marketing of a wide variety of fund structures for many different asset classes, including hedge, real estate, private equity and UCITS. She also spent 6 months on secondment at UBS Zurich advising the wealth management business on the cross-border marketing of various investment products worldwide.
