Sharon Jin

Global Head of Product Strategy at Northern Trust Asset Management

Sharon (Xiangrong) Jin is the Global Head of Product Strategy with Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM). In this role, Sharon serves to define and execute on the strategic plan for innovation and commercialization of NTAM's product and investment capabilities globally.

Sharon leads a team of product strategists across all asset classes and all vehicles, and she partners closely with Investments and Distribution leaderships with a focus on delivering client centric investment solutions to meet and exceed clients' financial goals.

Previously, Sharon was a Managing Director with Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), holding various senior leadership roles in portfolio strategy and client portfolio management. Prior to GSAM, Sharon was as a fixed income portfolio manager and assisted asset allocation decisions with the Hong Kong Exchange Fund.

Sharon earned a Ph.D. in Financial Asset Management and Engineering from the University of Lausanne. Sharon holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
