Tiffany is the founder of Inclusivity Talent Solutions, a boutique consulting firm specialized in leading talent acquisition transformation processes with a dedicated focus on DEI best practices. She is the driving force behind the firm's commitment to cultivating diverse talent pipelines, implementing equitable hiring processes, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures within the alternative investments industry.

Prior to launching Inclusivity Talent Solutions, Tiffany held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Investment Management & Wealth Management at BNY Mellon and most recently at Antares Capital. She implemented and managed best practice recruiting strategies while building and leading talented teams of recruiters across the globe. Prior to those roles, she held senior recruiting positions at BlackRock and AllianceBernstein. Tiffany began her career as a headhunter for asset management firms after spending some time on Wall Street at Deustche Bank in their private wealth management business.

Tiffany holds a BA degree in English from the University of Virginia.
