Yohan focuses on leading RFA globally to remain relevant and agile, while also supporting the RFA team in developing industry-leading IT solutions for their clients. He leads a service-oriented team that designs and implements secure solutions to enhance business operations, while ensuring they are both cost-effective and scalable for future growth. Prior to his current role, Yohan held various positions in several top funds, including IT management, crisis management, and support operations. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and serves on the Advisory Board of iMentor.org.
