Billyana Kuncheva is a Luxembourg-based independent non-executive director. Previously, she served in senior investment and business development roles with responsibilities for portfolio management, performance & risk oversight, and product governance of UCITS and alternative investment funds.

With more than two decades in investment management, her career spans multiple market cycles, political regime changes, and evolving regulatory frameworks. This experience has shaped her pragmatic and client-focused approach to board and investment decision-making.

Billyana holds a M.Sc. (Econ) degree and is a CFA charterholder, member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), holder of Certificate in Advanced Risk and Investment Management from Yale-SOM & EDHEC, and certified independent director (INSEAD, ILA).
