Board Director and Conducting Officer (Dirigeant) at M&G

Darren Judge is Conducting Officer and Director at M&G Luxembourg where he has responsibility for Operations and Valuations within the “Super ManCo”. In addition to his Conducting Officer responsibilities Darren is a board member on a number of M&G funds.

Prior to joining M&G, Darren was Conducting Officer and Compliance Officer at a large US asset manager. He was responsible for Investment Management oversight and regulatory and corporate compliance. He has over 25 years of investment management experience covering various areas in the funds industry including over a decade at KPMG where he was a Director within the advisory practice and led many services and regulatory projects in Luxembourg, Dublin and London.

Darren is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a diploma in Applied Financial Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
