Gianluca is Conducting Officer at BC Partners Management, where dedicates to risk and valuation function activities for private equity, real estate, and alternative credit strategies. Before joining BC Partners he was Senior Manager in risk management for Deloitte and KPMG, providing risk management consulting advice, trainings and developing risk reporting solutions; in this role, he supported several investment fund managers as technical specialist on ManCo processes and risk management for liquid and illiquid funds.

Gianluca has more than 10 years of professional experience in investments industry, and he a is subject matter expert on investment funds’ risk and regulatory topics, sustainability risk and institutional investor reporting. Gianluca is co-chair of ALFI working-group dedicated to Sustainability Risk, and he cooperates with ALFI on different initiatives on risk management and reporting topics.

Gianluca holds a Master Degree in Quantitative Finance from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna (IT). Over his professional career, Gianluca has obtained various professional certifications, including the Certificate in ESG Investing issued by the CFA Society United Kingdom, and Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst® from the Corporate Finance Institute; since 2017 he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) holder, and an Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) since 2018.
