Gianluca is Conducting Officer at BC Partners Management, where he dedicates to risk and valuation function activities for private equity, real estate, and alternative credit strategies. Before this he had been Senior Manager in risk management at Deloitte and KPMG, providing risk management consulting advice, trainings and developing risk reporting solutions.
He has more than 12 years of professional experience in investments industry, and he a is subject matter expert on investment funds’ risk and regulatory topics, sustainability risk and institutional investor reporting.
Gianluca is member of ESMA Consultative Working Group for the Reporting Working Group, contributing to the development of ESMA mandates on regulatory data reporting requirements. In addition, he supports ALFI working groups and industry associations on risk management practices and trainings.
Gianluca holds a Master Degree in Quantitative Finance from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna and various professional certifications, including the Certificate in ESG Investing issued by the CFA Society United Kingdom, Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst® from the Corporate Finance Institute, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), and Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®).
