Jaime Gómez-Ferrer

Jaime commenced his professional journey in the insurance and pension funds sector in 2003, initially as an Inspector at the Spanish regulatory and supervisory body. Throughout this period, he also served as the Spanish representative at various committees of EIOPA, EBA, and ESMA.

Since 2013, Jaime has held several "C" executive positions within the banking and fund industry in Luxembourg. Most recently, he served as a Board member of Santander Asset Management Luxembourg. His extensive experience has enabled him to develop a profound understanding of asset management, private banking, and insurance business and industry. His areas of focus primarily revolve around corporate governance, legal and compliance, AML/CFT, risk management, finance, and distribution.

Jaime is a member of the ILA and the ALCO. He holds a degree in Law and firm adviser, and is recognized as a certified chartered auditor&accountant. Additionally, he has undergone specialized training in Blockchain technology through Berkeley and ESG certifications. Furthermore, Jaime actively serves as an Independent director and advisor in Luxembourg.
