Ludivine Zanetti

Head of Regulatory Development at M&G

Ludivine Zanetti is Head of Regulatory Development at M&G Luxembourg S.A. (MGL), a UCITS management company and AIFM with a MiFID top‑up licence, overseeing seven EU branches and one subsidiary in Switzerland. She leads the Luxembourg regulatory development function, covering regulatory horizon scanning and advisory, regulatory change implementation, and training.

She has strong experience advising on European and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks, including the UCITS Directive, AIFMD, ELTIF and sustainability regulations. Over her 15‑year career, she has worked in KPMG Luxembourg’s advisory practice, as well as in the banking and asset management sectors.

She holds an Executive Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris in European Governance and Geopolitics, a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Nancy, and a Certificate in sustainable finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
