Marta has 20 years of working experience in financial services, focusing on Alternative investment funds. She specializes in risk management, governance and compliance related matters. She served in number of regulated roles for AIFMs in Luxembourg and within EU. She was appointed as executive director/ general partner for a number of real estate funds, currently acting as independent and non- executive director for a number of management companies/ AIFMs and funds in Luxembourg.

She cooperated with organizations as ACAMS on study guides related to governance, risk management frameworks and remediations, she is qualified ICA and holds other certifications and diplomas with ACFE, Corporate Governance Institute and INSEAD. She also frequently speaks at conferences and moderates discussion panels.
