Mattia has over 15 years of experience in the Investment Funds industry with focus on Risk Management and Compliance. He currently serves at LaSalle AIFM Europe Sàrl as Conducting Officer Risk Management, Compliance and AML.

Prior to joining LaSalle, Mattia was Head of Risk and Compliance at an Italian Private Equity firm and earlier he worked as Risk Manager at Northern Trust Management Company.
