Sebastian Scherer is a delegation oversight specialist, putting governance models in place compliant with CSSF expectations. He started his professional career in Dublin as a fund accountant, and moved to Luxembourg in 2005, initially managing a fund accounting team at BNP Paribas.

He has been working as a delegation governance leader with 3 management companies (Vontobel, BlackRock, Universal Investment) since 2008.

He has been elected to various fund boards since 2020, and set up his own company in 2023 providing services as an independent non-executive director.
