Victor Bonnecarrere

Director - Legal Counsel – Head ETF at UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A.

Victor Bonnecarrere is currently responsible for the ETF Legal Department at UBS AM.

Before joining UBS, Victor was a qualified lawyer at major law firms across several jurisdictions, including Luxembourg.

Specializing in asset management with a particular focus on Exchange-Traded Funds, Victor currently leads the ETF Legal Department at UBS. He is responsible for providing legal expertise and strategic guidance on ETF-related matters in Luxembourg, Ireland, and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the firm’s global ETF offerings.

Victor holds a Master’s in International Business Law from the University Pantheon-Assas Paris II, as well as an LLM from the National University of Singapore.

He is also a member of several ETF industry working groups, including those of ALFI and EFAMA.
