Victor Bonnecarrere

Head of Legal ETF & Alternatives at UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A.

Victor Bonnecarrere is currently responsible for the ETF & Alternative Legal Departments at UBS Asset Management.

Before joining UBS, Victor was a qualified lawyer at major law firms across several jurisdictions, including Luxembourg.

Specializing in asset management with a particular focus on Exchange-Traded Funds and alternative investment strategies, Victor leads the ETF & Alternatives Legal Department. He provides legal expertise and strategic guidance across Luxembourg, Ireland, and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the firm’s global ETF and alternatives offerings.

Victor holds a Master’s in International Business Law from the University Pantheon-Assas Paris II, as well as an LLM from the National University of Singapore.

He is also a member of several ETF industry working groups, including those of ALFI and EFAMA.
