Carolina is Head of Sustainability at Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland, where she is responsible for the Firm’s approach to sustainable finance regulation, sustainability-related reporting, and climate risk management. She works closely across governance, risk, compliance and investment functions to support the integration of sustainability and climate-related considerations into the Firm’s oversight and risk management frameworks.

She has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having devoted most of her career to sustainable finance and impact investing strategies. Carolina has completed the CFA UK Certificate in Climate and Investing, holds a master’s degree in Sustainability from Harvard University, a master’s degree in strategic management from Johannes Kepler University in Austria, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from UNAB (Colombia).
