Stuart Gunderson has three decades of experience in financial services and serves as the Chief Executive Officer managing the day to day running alongside the strategy of the firm. He brings extensive C-suite expertise across operations, compliance, and client servicing, with a proven track record of leading complex organisations through periods of strategic change.

Previously Stuart was Chief Operating Officer for Kiltearn Partners leading various strategic, staffing, and technology transformation projects alongside the management of the business.

Stuart has held senior roles in UK, Europe, Asia and the US at leading financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and Franklin Templeton Investments. Throughout his career, he has successfully led strategic business transformation initiatives, with a consistent focus on enhancing client service, reducing operational risk, and driving effective cost management.

Stuart holds an Executive MBA from Aberdeen University and is qualified with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments.
