Bertrand Jaboulay is a PwC Luxembourg based Partner with 24 years of experience in the financial sector.

Bertrand is specialised in the audit of traditional and alternative financial products with a strong focus on Private equity and debt products. He is also leading the AIFM and Manco practice for PwC Luxembourg and has a very strong and deep expertise and knowledge of the products/vehicles in Luxembourg dedicated to traditional and alternative asset managers. Between 2017 and 2020, Bertrand was leading a program for the client and market activities of PwC Luxembourg in the UK (after being part of this group during 4 years). Bertrand is also a regular speaker on Manco/AIFM topic in conferences in London, Switzerland and US.

Bertrand used to deal with numerous UK asset managers in addition to US and Swiss based asset mangers.

Since 1st July 2023, he is also in charge of the client and market for the asset management industry for PwC Luxembourg.

Bertrand is “Reviseur d’entreprise” in Luxembourg and has been recently certified in Corporate Governance at INSEAD and in Private Equity at Oxford Said University.
