Unlocking Africa: How to invest in sustainable growth for the youth of the continent

In 2025, it is predicted that one in four people in the world with be African, and an estimated 60% of all of Africa's population is below the age of 25. The opportunities are right in front of us, yet a major part of investment in Africa comes from outside the continent. So how can we grow investments within Africa, enable the African youth in creating business opportunities and secure longevity and a sustainable future for the continent?

We spoke to Hamdiya Ismaila, Founder & CEO, Savannah Impact Advisory, at SuperReturn Africa 2023, about what opportunities the continents youth has to offer, how the industry can contribute towards the restoration of indigenous self-determination on the continent to ensure sustainability, and where she's looking to find the biggest pockets of growth in 2024.
