Alison Miles Cork has accumulated over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry. At the international property company Grosvenor, Alison is responsible for strategic asset management to optimize the financial performance of a diverse portfolio encompassing retail, mixed-use, and residential properties in Vancouver, Victoria and Seattle. She directly manages or has oversight of several properties, which includes refurbishments, remerchandising and development leasing. Alison also serves as the Office Director for Grosvenor in Vancouver, spearheading charitable initiatives within the local community.

Alison's contributions to the real estate industry are vast. Her dedication to fostering the development of emerging real estate professionals is evident through her active involvement in industry mentorship programs. Notably, she has been a member of CREW since the Vancouver chapter's inception, serving on its Board for three years, and contributing to the Whistler ICSC planning committee for eight years. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics.
