Avtar is the Founder and President of Premise Properties, a Vancouver-based real estate investment and development company. He is responsible for the company’s overall business including strategic direction and origination of investment opportunities. Since its inception, Premise Properties has completed transactions throughout Canada and the United States. Prior to establishing Premise Properties, Avtar spent over thirty years with Colliers International, most recently as Executive Vice President, National Investment Team. In addition to his role at Premise Properties, Avtar holds Board of Director positions with Morguard North American Residential REIT, Primaris REIT and The Peterson Group.
