Bavia Bisetty is a Partner in the Vancouver office of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s largest national law firms for over 150 years. Since the establishment of Osler's Vancouver office in 2015, their rapid growth has been recognized by Business in Vancouver in its list of BC's biggest law firms for 2023 & 2024.

Bavia joined Osler 7 years ago to spearhead the BC real estate practice, which has been a resounding success over that period. She acts for pension funds, REITs, life insurance companies and private investors on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, joint venture and development of all asset classes. She has been in the commercial real estate industry for 20 years, has worked at major national firms and on some of the largest real estate transactions across the country over that time.

Bavia has been actively involved in industry organizations over her career, is a mentor to younger lawyers and has served for various not-for-profit and real estate sector groups. She is the recipient of Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Americas Awards for Real Estate Lawyer of the Year 2021 and is ranked by Chambers Canada as a Leading Lawyer for Real Estate in British Columbia.
