Bev is a founding Director of Terra Law Corporation, and works extensively with real estate developers and consultants, as well as commercial landlords and tenants. She regularly advises clients on issues related to the acquisition, structuring, financing, development, construction, leasing and sale of investment and development property, including industrial, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family residential and seniors’ independent living projects. Bev has represented both developers, private companies and not-for-profit entities in respect of development structures such as sale-leasebacks, co-ownerships and limited partnerships to facilitate the redevelopment of underutilized real estate assets.
