Bill de Haan is the Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Markets for RBC, having recently transitioned from HSBC. Bill leads a national team focused on the Hospitality and Seniors Housing sectors in Canada. Within Hospitality, their focus is on established hotel investors and operators in primary and secondary markets, including acquisition, development, and long-term financing. Prior to establishing the team in 2018, he had an extensive 20 year career in commercial real estate development, real estate income producing properties, commercial banking, and capital markets.
