Brad Jones is the Chief Development Officer at Wesgroup Properties, leading teams in development, sales, and marketing. He provides strategic guidance in project design, community engagement, government advocacy, and project execution across all asset classes. With a background in Urban Planning, Brad has been involved in major redevelopment projects in the Lower Mainland and some of Canada’s largest master-planned communities. He has played a key role in delivering over 4,000 homes and 5 million square feet of built space across Metro Vancouver.

Brad is Vice-Chair of the Vancouver Urbanarium Society and serves on Golf Canada’s First Tee Program Advisory Committee in B.C. Recognized for his expertise, he is frequently sought after for insights on housing policy and is a regular media commentator on real estate and urban development. His contributions help shape public discourse and inform government policy on critical housing and city-building issues.
