Brad Wise serves as the Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Western Canada, for Cameron Stephens, a role he has held since joining the company in 2021. With over 25 years of experience in commercial investment real estate, Brad brings extensive expertise in real estate debt and equity finance, asset management, and transaction execution. Before his tenure at Cameron Stephens, Brad spent 14 years with a Vancouver-based real estate investment and asset management firm, including nine years as President. Throughout his career, Brad has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, and monetization of over $1.2 billion in real estate assets. Brad has a strong background in establishing and capitalizing numerous closed-end prospectus public real estate funds and private equity limited partnerships. His experience spans acquiring, owning, operating, and developing industrial, office, and multi-family assets across British Columbia, Ontario, and select US markets. He is also well-versed in real estate financing, with significant experience in the formation and operation of debt portfolio funds and strategic execution.

Brad's key areas of strength include acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, debt and equity financing, decision-making, problem-solving, corporate governance, negotiation, communication, and business acumen. Brad holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. His extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving Cameron Stephens' success in the Western Canadian market.
