With over thirty-four years of commercial leasing experience acting on behalf of institutional landlords, Brian has worked on the development and lease-up of properties across all asset classes, and across all major markets in Western Canada.

Specializing in the leasing of retail projects, Brian also did a 10 year stint as the general manager of Brentwood Town Centre (now the Amazing Brentwood). As both a leasing manager and property manager of a regional enclosed shopping centre, Brian has the unique perspective of having to live with the deals he negotiated!

Since joining the Pattison Food Group team in 2023, Brian has applied his skills and experience as a tenant, all the while having the opportunity to gain insights into the complexities of operating a major grocery enterprise.
