Brodie Henrichsen is an Executive Vice President at JLL Canada, leading retail leasing and investment sales throughout Western Canada.

Since joining JLL in 2018, Brodie has leveraged his extensive market knowledge to lease over three million square feet of retail space and advise on a diverse portfolio of investment transactions. He previously served as a Principal at Northwest Atlantic Retail and held key roles in international brokerage and local development. With over 18 years of industry experience, Brodie specializes in tenant representation for leading brands including TJX, PetSmart, Staples, and McDonald’s.

Brodie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia and is currently a LEED AP and a member of the Canadian Green Building Council.
