Chad Boorman is Chief Financial Officer at Rize, a Vancouver-based real estate development and construction firm that has been creating places that matter for more than 35 years.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Chad is responsible for the firm’s capital markets activities, playing a key role in strategy, investment decisions, and operating performance.

Chad leads the structuring and execution of institutional equity and debt financing, programmatic partnerships, and lender relationships. He oversees finance, accounting, IT, HR, governance, and ESG and works closely with key stakeholders to align capital structure, operating discipline, and long-term vision across Rize’s development portfolio.

Chad is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and serves on the Executive Committee of ULI BC. He brings extensive experience across real estate finance, investment, and development, with a focus on disciplined capital allocation, long-term partnerships, and building durable organizations
