Chris Enns is the Managing Partner of Spire Pacific Capital Corporation and has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has directly lent over $2.5 billion in debt and equity investments, primarily in the Lower Mainland, Calgary and Edmonton, across multiple asset classes.

Chris started his career in the Commercial Real Estate lending group at RBC, where his client list ranged from some of the largest in BC to small land developers in the Fraser Valley. His experience in special loan workouts drew him to the private lending side, where he spent 7+ years at Trez Capital and the last 5+ running the western mortgage office for KingSett Capital.

Chris holds a BA from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from BCIT. Chris is a regular contributor on panels at the Vancouver Real Estate Forum, and NAIOP.
