Chuck We serves as Executive Vice President of Pacific Northwest and Western Canada at Hudson Pacific Properties. He is responsible for office portfolio operations in Vancouver and Seattle which includes the 1.45 million square foot Bentall Centre in Vancouver and 2.7 million square feet of Class A office space in Greater Seattle. Prior to joining Hudson Pacific in 2019, Chuck served 20 years and was the city head and Vice President for Oxford Properties Group in Vancouver. He currently serves on the boards of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association (DTVan) and Destination Vancouver, is a Past President of the Vancouver Chapter of NAIOP and served on the board of the ULI British Columbia District Council. Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Simon Fraser University.
