David Ferguson is Chief Investment Officer of Low Tide Properties. He founded Low Tide in 2010 in partnership with Chip Wilson. David has been active in the real estate investment industry for over 40 years. He has been involved in most aspects of the industry including acquisitions, dispositions, deal structuring, corporate and debt restructuring, asset management, corporate and project financing, tax planning and litigation. During his career, David has been involved in real estate investments across Canada and in many US markets.
