Profile

Erin Gibault started his real estate career after graduating from UBC Commerce in 1994. He spent thirteen years in the commercial brokerage business, focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial properties. He finished his tenure at Colliers International in 2007, ending the year as a top 25 Broker in Canada. In 2008, with the support of a capital partner, Erin founded Headwater Projects Inc. From the outset, the intent was to build a real estate company modeled after the great family real estate offices, with the desire to build a portfolio of income producing real estate assets, and capital committed to real estate development.
