Gagan Lalli joined CMLS Financial in 2011 and is currently a Vice-President, Real Estate Finance in the Vancouver office. He handles various types of commercial real estate financing across Canada including term loans, bridge loans, and constructions loans, with an emphasis on CMHC-insured business. CMLS is one of Canada's largest independently owned mortgage services companies. Founded in 1974, they currently have over $45 billion of mortgages under administration.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, he worked with a boutique Vancouver-based firm that specializes in real estate and equipment financing throughout Western Canada. With over 15-years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
