Janay Koldingnes

Janay is the founder of Edit Studios, a bespoke interior design firm that helps clients reach their full potential through the storytelling of their brand, space, and culture. With over 20 years in corporate design, she has led Vancouver’s most prominent tenants through projects ranging from 10,000 to 250,000 sq ft—treating every client with the same level of care, regardless of size.

Janay also served on the NAIOP board for six years, supporting leadership and collaboration within the commercial real estate community. Her career began in Europe, where she worked alongside a Dutch architectural firm on public projects including the Amsterdam City Library. She later spent eight years as Design Director at Dialog, one of Canada’s most distinguished interior design and architecture firms.

With a passion for people and building meaningful relationships in the industry, Janay has this to say:
