Jarvis Rouillard, Senior Vice President at PCI Developments. Jarvis is a partner and member of PCI’s Executive Team. He is responsible for PCI’s acquisitions, leasing and asset management strategies, working closely with PCI’s co-investors. Throughout his career, he has directed the acquisition, sale, development, lease-up and asset management of many commercial and mixed-use properties throughout Western Canada. Jarvis previously served a term as President and as National Board representative for the NAIOP Vancouver Chapter and is a current board member with the Urban Development Institute.
