Jennifer Davis is the Principal of TurnLeaf Consulting Inc. and a seasoned sustainability professional specializing in commercial real estate. She works closely with both private and public sector organizations to bridge the gaps between ever-evolving regulatory compliance, voluntary sustainability reporting, and organizational and operational best practices. Since April 2024, Jennifer has also been leading the Decarb Accelerator Initiative at BOMA BC, a broad-reaching and innovative program of capacity-building for commercial properties focused on identifying and organizing resources for deep retrofits and decarbonization. Jennifer’s extensive experience within the built environment, combined with her deep understanding of the local BC market, enables her to provide valuable insights and a balanced perspective on climate action policies and regulations, ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are considered as they navigate both current and future sustainability challenges.
