Jen is responsible for providing strategic oversight and the day-to-day corporate operations at WPM – BC’s largest commercial property manager. Through her leadership, Warrington Residential has become known as a boutique platform for residential leasing and property management. Jen is committed to operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of real estate disciplines, allowing her to implement strategies that not only drive value but also positively impact client relationships. She attributes her success to being forward-thinking, having a strong work ethic, and building strong relationships. Jen obtained her Chartered Accountant designation with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations across various real estate asset classes. In addition to her role at WPM, Jen serves on the board of directors of the Vancouver Hospice Society.
