Jim Szabo is the Vice Chairman of Capital Markets for CBRE. Jim and his partner, Tony Quattrin, manage the Vancouver National Investment Team, a group of 15 highly qualified real estate professionals. Mr. Szabo has 40 years of experience in the investment real estate business, focusing on investment-grade properties, major development sites, and structured joint partnerships across Western Canada. Mr. Szabo is also Chair the VGH & UBC Foundation Hospital board, giving his time back the community, assisting our leading medical specialists in elevating Health Care in our province.
