Jim Szabo is the Vice Chairman of Capital Markets for CBRE. Jim and his partner, Tony Quattrin, manage the Vancouver National Investment Team, a powerhouse group of 14 highly qualified and high-performing real estate professionals. Mr. Szabo has 40 years of experience in the investment real estate business, focusing on landmark investment-grade properties, major development sites, and structured joint partnerships across Western Canada. Mr. Szabo is renowned for achieving market-leading pricing and setting record milestones that are continuously recognized by the commercial real estate industry in Vancouver and across Canada. A founding member of CB Commercial Canada, Mr. Szabo was one of the original shareholders in the company and is also a past Board Member of CBRE Limited.
